Supporting the American Recorder Society

Dear Valued ARS Member,

Thank you!

Thanks to you, I am very pleased to report that the American Recorder Society has embarked on a path to secure our financial stability, thereby ensuring the future of the ARS.Lisette Kielson, ARS President

Thanks to you, our dream of launching our Endowment Fund is close to realization, and a website redesign is in the works.

Thanks to you, we can present an extraordinary festival this summer celebrating all that the ARS represents—The Recorder: Past, Present & Future.

Thanks to you, we can maintain existing services and benefits that our members enjoy and deeply value.

I thank you for your past support, and I ask that you please give again to the ARS. By
donating to the 2012 Spring Appeal, you will be personally responsible for helping to ensure that the organization is able to:

 • Develop and implement meaningful programs for our membership;
 • Provide sought after scholarships and grants to our many applicants;
 • Plan ahead for the ARS is 75! campaign (coming up in 2014!);
 • Continue its vitality, success, and financial strength;
 • Be relevant in the 21st century and for our future generations.

Thank you again for your invaluable support of the ARS. I look forward to seeing many of you this summer at the Festival!

With many thanks and much gratitude,
Lisette Kielson
President, American Recorder Society
