Publicize Your Event Using the ARS Calendar

A Great Member Benefit: Publicize your Event on the ARS Calendar
Did you know you can also post your concert, chapter meeting or workshop details on the ARS website calendar?

Simply log in to your member account, find the calendar on the ARS home page, and click “Submit New Event.” You will then be able to enter information to publicize your occasion. Submit calendar info at https://americanrecorder.org/events (requires login), then follow the process above.

If you have a virtual event you would like ARS to publicize, please email Jennifer Carpenter, editor of the “Playing it Safe” e-newsletter, jlcarpenter1@gmail.com.

You can also email the basics: Date; Title of Event; Facility/City, Presenter(s)/Faculty—for an upcoming workshop; Short Description; and Contact Information. Plan to announce an event in an ARS NEWS e-newsletter two months before it takes place.
