ARS Awarded Gold Seal of Transparency as Charitable Organization

Visitors to the ARS website will notice the new Candid/GuideStar logo that now appears at the bottom of every webpage. This indicates that ARS holds a verified Gold rating through GuideStar Charity Check. Donors can feel confident that their contributions will be used appropriately. Approximately 80% of ARS expenses go to program services. The Better Business Bureau's standards recommend that at least 65 percent of the nonprofit's total expenses should be for program expenses.
