Okanagan Recorder Orchestra: News Update

Exciting news for the Okanagan Recorder Orchestra!  In the spring of 2023 we had an exciting new addition to our weekly practices: our new conductor, Mr. Peter DeRoche. We also recently became an unregistered nonprofit society.  O.R.O, the only recorder orchestra in Canada, performs several times a year in the local community of Kelowna, BC. The Orchestra performs at seniors’ homes, churches, hospitals and at larger musical events. We are always on the lookout for more recorder players interested in joining us to have fun playing music.
